Difficult day today, thinking of you every day but difficult to hold it in at the moment. I then look back and realise it was this week last year when you were fighting for your life again in A&E, but managed to bypass the immediate threat, only to be told it had spread and was terminal - I'll never forget seeing and hearing you break down in hospital - there are many things I cannot forget. I love you and I hope I made you feel loved and looked after x
