It's been a funny Christmas, very solemn without you, we missed your cheeky ways: pinching all the crispy bacon off the top of the turkey; buying Daisy the noisiest toys you could find; you looking a pillock in your elf hat, and your beautiful smile! I knew it was going to be hard this year and it was difficult to arrange any celebrations, but I suppose we must move forward and maybe next year will see some celebrations and get togethers. I bought you home with me for Christmas and New Year, so you weren't on your own.
Let's hope it will be a happier 2019, but I won't miss you any less.
