Happy New Year mum and dad. Can't believe it's a new decade, 2020, where has the time gone. It feels lonely and empty without you both and Holly and all the family. It particular feels strange celebrating Christmas in our family home. I hear the echo of laughter, organ playing, and crackers, which lifts my spirits and makes me smile, but also the distant shouts, screams and crying, which is difficult to get away from. Stay close and help the former memories shine through so I can start to cloud over the ones that haunt me. Love and miss you all, Marie x
